    NIK Identidrug Polytesting Desk Chart and Drug Testing Kits

    The Identidrug Desk Chart guides a user through the various steps required when testing a suspected narcotic with the NIK Polytesting System. It begins with a general screening and uses blocks of color to indicate color changes in the test kits. The chart guides the user to the next test until a specific drug is identified.

    NIK Test A (Box of 10)
    Marquis Reagent: Primary general screening test for the presumptive identification of Opiates (Morphine, Codeine or Heroin), Demerol, Black Tar, Amphetamine-type compounds including Methamphetamine & Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA or Ecstacy), Amphetamines and as a general screening agent for other drugs. Available in a box of 10

    NIK Test B (Box of 10)
    Nitric Acid Reagent: Secondary screening test for the confirmation of Opiates (Morphine, Codeine or Heroin) and Amphetamine-type compound as well Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test C (Box of 10)
    Modified Dille-Koppanyi Reagent - For the presumptive identification of Barbiturates. Used after a no change result in Test A and Test G, and an orange result in Test I. Positive Result: No color change after breaking the first ampoule and a lavender color after breaking the second ampoule. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test D (Box of 10)
    Modified Ehrlich’s Reagent: For the presumptive identification of LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide). Used after positive results in Test A and B. Positive Result: No color change after breaking the first ampoule and a lavender result after breaking. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test E (Box of 10)
    Duquenois-Levine Reagent - Standalone test for the presumptive identification of Marijuana, Hashish and “Hash Oil”. Positive Result: No color change after breaking the first ampoule, a dark blue or violet after breaking the second ampoule and a grey upper layer over a violet layer upon breaking the third ampoule. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test F (Box of 10)
    Acid Neutralizer should always be used upon completion of each test, to ensure that the strong acids and bases contained in many tests won’t post a danger to personnel. Each pouch includes enough acid neutralizer to neutralize five individual NIK tests. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test G (Box of 10)
    Modified Scott Reagent - For the presumptive identification of Cocaine, Crack or Free Base. Positive Result: Blue or pink with blue speckles after breaking the first ampoule, a pink result after breaking the second ampoule and a pink layer over a blue layer after breaking the third ampoule. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test H (Box of 10)
    For the presumptive identification of Methadone. Positive Result: No color change after breaking the first ampoule and a resulting blue color after breaking the second ampoule. Test H should only be used after positive results from Test A, G, I and C.

    NIK Test I (Box of 10)
    Lieberman’s Reagent - For the general screening to presumptively identify PMA, Ketamine, Barbiturates and Methadone. This test is used after a Brown result in Test A, or a clear result in Test A followed by no change in Test G. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test J (Box of 10)
    For the presumptive identification of PCP (Phencyclidine). Test J should be used after positive results from Tests A, G, I and W. Positive Result: No color change in the first ampoule, followed by a blue or pink with blue speckled result after breaking the second and third ampoules. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test K (Box of 10)
    For the presumptive identification of Heroin, Black Tar, Codeine and Morphine. Easier to distinguish between the four Opiates than using Test B. This test can also be used to screen out Methapyrilene and Propoxyphene. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test L (Box of 10)
    Modified Mecke’s Reagent - For the presumptive identification of all forms of Heroin, including White, Brown and Black Tar, and MDMA (Ecstasy), as well as detecting the presence of certain dye combinations designed to give false positives with Test A.Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test M (Box of 10)
    For the presumptive identification of Methaqualone (Quaaludes, Sopor Somnafac, Opitimil and Parest are the trade names). Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test N (Box of 10)
    For the presumptive identification of Pentazocine, commonly known under the trade name Talwin® Nx or Talacen, as well as a presumptive test for Oxycodone. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test O (Box of 5)
    For the presumptive identification of Pentazocine, commonly known under the trade For the presumptive identification of GHB (Gamma-Hydroxybutyrate). It is used after positive results from Tests A, G, I, W, J and R. A positive result is indicated by a green hue. Available in a box of 5.

    NIK Test P (Box of 10)
    For the presumptive identification of Propoxyphene, commonly known under the tradename Darvon®. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test Q (Box of 10)
    For the presumptive identification of Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine. Positive Result: No color change after breaking the first ampoule and a purple or violet color after breaking the second ampoule. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test R (Box of 10)
    For the presumptive identification of Valium (Diazepam), Rohypnol (Flunitrazepam) and Methcathinone. Positive Result: A lavender color after breaking all ampoules. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test T (Box of 10)
    Morris Reagent - For the presumptive identification of Ketamine. Positive Result: Lavender color. Negative results are indicated by a blue/green color, or by no color reaction. Available in a box of 10.

    NIK Test U (Box of 10)
    For the presumptive identification of Methamphetamine and MDMA (Ecstacy). Test A should always be used prior to Test U, as color results for Methamphetamine, Amphetamine and MDMA (Ecstacy) can be very similar. Available in a box of 10

    NIK Test W (Box of 10)
    Mandelin Reagent - For the presumptive identification of Amphetamines and Methadone, as well as screening for PMA and Ketamine in conjunction with Test I. Available in a box of 10

    NIK Test Y (Box of 10)
    The NIK THC/CBD Quick Test: THC/CBD Quick Test is a colorimetric test capable of distinguishing between THC and CBD content in plant material. The CBD Quick Test can test to 1% THC/CBD content.

    NIK I/drug Polytest Chart
    The Identidrug Desk Chart guides a user through the various steps required when testing a suspected narcotic with the NIK® Polytesting System. It begins with a general screening and uses blocks of color to indicate color changes in the test kits. The chart guides the user to the next test until a specific drug is identified. The back of the chart has general use instructions for the Polytesting System. Available in English or Spanish, the chart measures 8.5”W x 7”L (21.6cm x 17.8cm).

    Identidrug Wall Chart
    The NIK Wall Chart depicts each testing sequence in the NIK Polytesting System. Follow the chart from a general screening to screenings for specific drugs. Each test shows possible color changes and indicates which test to use next. It is an excellent reference for use in the lab or training room. Chart measures 18”W x 12”L (45.72cm x 30.48cm).
