    Tactical Distributors Pty Ltd (Tactical Gear) ships from various warehouses throughout Australia and the United States. We allow 7-14 Days for delivery from time of order placement. On every product page, we put an indication of when Items will ship.

    Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday typically are shipped the following business day. For instance, an order placed with overnight shipping during the weekend, is typically shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Holidays are not considered business days and will cause additional delays. Tactical Gear makes every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. Delivery times are not guaranteed. High order volumes and transit delays with carriers can cause delayed deliveries.

    Returns (applies to Australia only)

    All Tactical Gear returns are subject to assessment. Refunds/Credits are at the sole discretion of Tactical Gear and will only be given to pre-approved requests. All items must have been purchased through Tactical Gear. All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt in new, saleable condition for a refund. You will also be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    We will accept returns of faulty or defective items if they fall within the warranty period. Customers must complete the “returns form” prior to returning such items. If an item is faulty and we cannot supply a replacement or have the item repaired for you, you will be entitled to a refund or store credit. We will not provide a refund if you simply change your mind or you find the same item at a lower price elsewhere after the purchase is complete.

    Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.


    If you change your mind, normally we would offer you a store credit less the original shipping cost. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Tactical Gear Distributors. If we do agree to refund your order you will incur a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

    All returns must be accompanied with a RMA# clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Tactical Gear does not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. All packages received without an RMA # included on the box will be returned to the sender.

    When returning items to Tactical Gear, the goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition (unused) and include the packaging, instruction manuals and tags. Products must not be used, worn or soiled. Please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Tactical Gear is not responsible for any returned product that is lost or damaged in transit.

    Due to health and safety, we do not accept change of mind returns on the following products:

    • Underwear, Socks & Thermals
    • Face wraps, reusable face masks and neck gaiters
    • Carabiners
    • Gas Canisters
    • Food
    • GPS & Electronic Navigation Devices
    • Any other item deemed to be unsellable

    Additional non-returnable items:

      • Gift cards / Vouchers
      • Downloadable software products


      We only replace items if:

      • It has not been worn or used.
      • It has no marks, scuffs, dirt, or stains.
      • The item tags have not been removed.
      • All items are returned including packaging, parts/accessories, etc.
      • The return is received within 7 days of delivery.

      Exchanges can be made on like items only, meaning a different size or color of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the return form to request a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

      The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

      Re-delivery fee $15.00 will be charged to you.


      If you decided to change your mind on items that have already been shipped and require a refund, please email us at

      Once we have received the goods back, inspected them and found that they are in good condition (unworn, free of marks or odours and with all the packaging and labels), only then will we be able to issue a refund on the amount paid minus 15% restocking fee. This refund will be minus the original shipping costs paid by you on your original order. If you received free shipping for your purchase, a standard amount of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover our shipping costs.

      Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

      • Online Tax Invoice
      • Financial statements such as a credit card statement or a bank statement (however, when the proof of purchase does not clearly itemize the goods, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required).

      No returns, exchanges or refunds on clearance items, unless faulty.

      No returns, exchanges or refunds on special order Items such as Optics, Scopes, Thermal Imaging, etc. where by the packaging has been opened and we cannot re-sell that product as new.

      After a refund is given, it can take up to 5 business days to return to your original payment method. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      International Returns

      International Returns are not eligible for pre-paid labels, you will need to pay for return shipping, using your own preferred courier. Tactical Gear Australia will not be responsible for any return shipping, customs, taxes or duty charges. At this time, Tactical Gear does not offer exchanges to our international customers but will accept returns. Once a return is received please allow 5-10 business days for processing. All returned packages must be marked “TGD GOODS RETURN” and be mailed to:

      Defective Goods

      Tactical Gear is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of its products. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us at Items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered defective. Defective items that have been worn, should be properly laundered before return. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in the product being returned to sender.

      Non-returnable Items:

      Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns. (i.e. Face Masks, Undergarments, Laces, Gift Cards) Final sale and Clearance items are also non-returnable. 

      Restocking Fees

      A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns with tags missing and/or in used condition. In the event the item is returned with excessive wear and tear an additional fee may be incurred or the item may be returned.
