What qualifies for a price match?

| Identical product | The product must be the same brand, model, colour, size and specification. |
| Australian retailer | The advertised price must be from a genuine Australian in-store or online retailer. |
| In stock and available | The competitor's product must be in stock and available for immediate sale using the same payment method. |
| Before purchase | Price match requests must be made at the time of sale. We cannot accept price match requests after an order has been placed. |
What proof do I need to provide?
Please provide a link to the competitor's current advertisement or website listing. Our team may check the listing to verify the lower price, stock availability, delivery costs and any offer terms.
Once your request is verified, we will create an offer for you to purchase the product from us at the approved matched price.
Exclusions
- Offers that include cash back, bonus items, bulk purchase requirements, quantity limits or package deals.
- Pricing with higher than normal delivery costs or hidden costs, including prices shown excluding GST, duty or other charges.
- Offers not available to the general public, including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
- Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites such as eBay, Amazon or Gumtree.
- Products supplied through unauthorised distributors, also known as grey-market items, or delivered directly from an overseas distributor.
- Pricing errors.
- Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.
- Garmin and Casio watches.
