A rectangular shaped shield with strengthening bends on either edge running from top to bottom. The suspended arm support pad is attached to the bends providing a gap between the pad and the outer panel which considerably reduces the impact shock on the arm supporting the shield. The arm is secured by a quick release clasp and handle.
