Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

• Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Promotion Period: Entries open upon launch and close at 5PM AEST on 17 October 2026.
• No purchase necessary. Purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
• How to enter: Via paid ticket purchase ($5 per entry) at tacticalgear.com.au.
• Draw: The winner will be drawn randomly on 17 October 2026 at closing ceremony of AP&ES Games 2026.
• Prize: One (1) prize pack valued at over AUD $3,000 including products from 5.11 Tactical, Leatherman, Ledlenser, and Revision Military, etc. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 
• Winner notification: The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided at entry within 5 business days of the draw.
• Unclaimed prizes: If the prize is unclaimed within 30 days of notification, a redraw will be conducted.
• Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
• Governing law: This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
